Terms & Conditions Registration & Enrollment Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. Fees & Payments Tuition is paid in advance. If you join after the semester has already started your tuition will be prorated. Refund Policy You may get a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more before start of the semester. There is a $50 cancelation fee. Once the semester has started, no refunds will be issued unless the session is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Attendance & Make-up classes Regular attendance is encouraged. If you have to miss a class you may make it up by coming to another regularly schedules class. If you are not able to make up a class in the current semester it rolls over to the next semester. Class Cancelation We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In that case a full refund will be issued. Liability We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. By enrolling your child, you agree to release us from any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during class. Other Communication: We will communicate with you via email or phone regarding class updates, cancellations, and other important information.
